If you are commissioned in a state that requires a separate journal entry for each notarial act, log only one document per journal entry when using a signing agent journal (i.e. one with multiple documents pre-printed in each journal entry). California, Hawaii and Pennsylvania all prohibit more than one notarial act per journal entry.
